We know of no object more complex than the brain. So much depends on it that we commonly attribute to the mind or soul: moral and loving behavior, the feeling for our own body, our personality, indeed, actually: us.

This makes it all the more devastating when something goes wrong in the brain. And the older we get, the higher the probability of this happening. Neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's or Multiple sclerosis but also psychiatric problems such as addiction, depression, or schizophrenia (upcoming). In all cases, you will find advice for those affected and their families here, often accompanied by videos. Where we have not yet covered the topics in depth, we will do so in the future.
