Time keeps on slippin', slippin', slippin'
Into the future …

Did you start humming along? Then you may not be the youngest anymore. But it was only yesterday that we had strawberry cake on the terrace, the sun was shining, and this song was playing on the radio... the happy games of childhood! We can see how far away yesterday really is by watching our children grow. And yesterday we were still throwing them up in the air, laughing – a different yesterday.

Time is... well, what is time, really? A dimension? A measure of entropy? In any case, it's not an illusion, as biology proves both through evolution and on an individual level: virtually everything that lives follows its chronobiology of seasons, the change from day to night, the rhythms of breath, heart, and neurons.

At the same time, we experience it subjectively. Sometimes it stretches out and just doesn't want to pass – for example, Monday to Friday. Then again, vacations, weekends, and fantastic evenings simply rush by.

There is so much that could be said here, but we don't have time. So we won't approach the topic philosophically (although that would also be interesting), but rather with a focus on the mind and body. Perhaps you could start with the text The Fourth Dimension by Nora Schultz.
