Auge und Gleichgewichtssinn müssen Hand in Hand arbeiten, damit wir scharf und ohne Ruckeln sehen können. Ist die Abstimmung gestört, sehen wir unscharf und uns wird schwindelig. Dieses Zusammenspiel zwischen Gleichgewichtsorgan und Augenmuskel erforscht Prof. Dr. Straka mit seiner Forschungsgruppe an der Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
